Palo Alto Medical Foundation’s (PAMF) Robotic Surgery team is made up of talented physicians board certified in Urology. Each physician expresses a professional interest in minimally invasive surgical procedures yielding patient benefits such as less operative traumas, shorter hospital stays, speedier recovery times, and less pain and scarring. With new technological innovations, these surgical procedures are less invasive than ever before.

PAMF’s urologists are keeping up with these advances and have specialized training and robotic certification on the da Vinci® Surgical System. Though they use robotic technology to remotely perform the procedure, the system is completely in their control. A combination of their medical skills and expertise and a complete grasp of the technology enable the doctors to perform such precise and accurate surgeries.
