The Palo Alto Medical Foundation provides health care services at clinics in the Redwood City & San Carlos vacinity of San Mateo County.

Redwood City Center

The Palo Alto Medical Foundation's (PAMF) Redwood City Center provides primary care including family medicine, pediatrics and internal medicine. In addition, laboratory services, dermatology and nutrition services are available on-site.

Redwood City Women’s Health

An experienced staff of physicians certified in obstetrics and gynecology offer comprehensive health care for women at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation’s (PAMF) Redwood City Women’s Health. The medical team has been providing high-quality care in the community for more than 50 years.

Redwood Shores Health Center

The Redwood Shores Health Center (RSHC) is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. RSHC is part of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF), recognized for our excellence, innovation and caring.

San Carlos

Dr. Steven Howard provides family medicine services at his office in San Carlos and at the Redwood Shores Health Center.

San Carlos Center

To accommodate growing patient demand and better serve the community as a whole, PAMF is building a state-of-the-art medical center in San Carlos. The PAMF San Carlos Center will offer primary and specialty physician services; an urgent care center, laboratory, X-ray and other testing services; a center of excellence in cardiovascular care, as well as a full-service acute care hospital with a 24-hour, seven-days-a-week emergency room – all in one location and open to the entire community.
