Primary Care Doctors With Open Practices
The Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) clinician directory provides information on the Internet about our medical staff. We update the directory regularly and make every effort to provide accurate information. It is possible, however, that recent changes are not yet reflected in the directory.
- Once a month we update information about a physician's availability to new patients for all PAMF primary care physicians (PCPs).
- This information applies to PCPs and not to specialists because many insurance plans require that patients select a PCP.
- A PCP will close his or her practice to new patients when that practice becomes full, and will reopen the practice when spaces become available.
- Some PCPs are open only to certain types of new patients, such as newborns or siblings of existing patients.
- This information, if applicable, is included in the directory.
- To register as a new patient, call 650-853-4868.
- If you are a current patient wishing to change physicians, call 650-812-3838.
If your search produces no results, remove the check from the "Open" box at the top of the search results page to see a complete list of physicians, which will include those physicians with limited availability.
If you do not find a doctor at a particular clinic, you're invited to also expand your search to other local PAMF clinics in the Bay Area.
