Community Health Resource Center

The Community Health Resource Center in Dublin is expanding to allow better access to resources and services for our patients and the community. Gifts made to this fund will help offset the construction and moving expenses, as well as ensure resources are up to date. The center is open to the entire community to provide free, confidential services.

Health Care – Location Specific Funds

Gifts to any of our health care funds will be used to support the staffing, program and equipment needs of a particular location. Your gift can be directed to the Castro Valley, Dublin or Livermore location.
