Sweet Success Program

Our Sweet Success program includes small group meetings and individual counseling. Gestational diabetes is a form of diabetes that may develop during pregnancy in women who do not otherwise have diabetes.

The program covers day-to-day management of blood glucose levels during pregnancy and prevention of type 2 diabetes post partum. All patients receive basic information about diabetes, nutrition recommendations, meal plans and home glucose monitoring instructions and training on taking insulin if needed.

Healthy Beginnings

Post Partum Class for Diabetes or Gestational Diabetes Complicated Pregnancies
This class is for women who have recently delivered after a pregnancy complicated by gestational diabetes or for women who had pre-existing diabetes or pre-diabetes before becoming pregnant. The class includes both a lecture and question and answer session for addressing any personal concerns.
