What insurance plans does PAMF accept?

PAMF contracts with most major health plans. A list of participating plans, updated regularly on this Web site. PAMF takes new Medicare patients. We also take Medi-Cal patients but only for residents in Santa Clara County. For more information, please contact our Health Plans office at (650) 812-3700.
